Beyond the Stage – Speech as a Living Expression of the Mind. For several decades, I have been active in the world of speakers and stage formats – both nationally and internationally. I have had the privilege of working with some of the most renowned speakers’ bureaus, from PODIUM, CSA Celebrity Speakers, and 5 Sterne Redner to the London Speaker Bureau, Speakers Excellence, and Toastmasters International. I have collaborated with several of them.
During this time, I experienced numerous formats – from pure event staging to genuine stage moments that deeply touched people. As a World Best Speaker with a gold award, I myself graced many of these stages – and in doing so, developed a keen sense of when words are genuine and when they merely aim to impress. Today, I view many things critically.
In addition to traditional speakers’ bureaus, new formats have emerged in recent years that focus heavily on visibility, reach, and sales success. Programs like Greator, with CEO Alexander Müller and founder Dr. Stefan Frädrich, or Hermann Scherer’s highly marketed Gold Program, reach a large number of people seeking personal and professional breakthroughs.
These formats sell very well – and many participants believe in the promised success and the methods taught. But therein lies a danger for me:
Speech is increasingly becoming a product, the stage a projection screen for desires, instead of a genuine space for transformation. What’s missing is depth. What’s missing is authenticity. What’s missing is the connection to the inner source—to the Logos, to the creative spirit. In this blog, I invite you to reconsider the role of speech—not as a technique or performance, but as a mirror of consciousness, as a map of inner order, as a spiritual act in the service of awakening.
